The Board of Directors consists of 5 members. Each Board member serves, without compensation, for a 2-year term.
Mary Grant – President
Mary is currently serving for another month before our Annual Meeting and election of new Board members.
Patti Keller – Treasurer
Bryan and his wife, Melissa, moved into Yankee Village in July of 2000.
They absolutely love the neighborhood and its location. They have a 7 year
old daughter, Hadley who attends Centerville Primary Village South. Bryan is
employed by Nobis Sales and Marketing and Melissa is employed by Colonial
Supplemental Benefits. Bryan looks forward to serving his time on the
board of Yankee Village.
Tony Pansza
Tony and Brenda Pansza moved into their newly constructed Yankee Village home in December 1999.They came to Yankee Village to be close to their daughter, son-in-law and several of their grand children, who already lived there. Brenda served as a Trustee and Treasurer on the first Board, after these responsibilities were transferred from the developer to the homeowners. Tony has volunteered to fill a recently vacated seat on the Board and is looking forward to serving the other homeowners in this capacity.
Larry R. Nanna
Larry and his wife, Wanda, have resided in Yankee Village for six years. They have two grown children, a son and a daughter. Larry is employed by the State Highway Patrol as a Supervisor for Federal Motor Carrier Enforcement. Wanda is a retired teacher and college counselor.
